1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TENTIQ.AI(the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name, e.g. TENTIQ, Inc.]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TENTIQ.AI provides AI-generated consumer-sentiment intelligence about brands and products by gathering publicly available information and synthesizing it into reports, scores, trends, and summaries.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits or otherwise evade limits.

4. Credits, payments & refunds

  • The Service operates on a credit system. Running a new analysis consumes credits; re-viewing a report you already generated does not.
  • New accounts may receive a limited number of free credits. Free credits have no cash value and may be modified or withdrawn to prevent abuse.
  • Paid credits are sold in bundles as described at checkout. Prices may change prospectively.
  • Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable and credits are non-transferable.
  • If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our side, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the Service or its output without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Create multiple or automated accounts to abuse free credits or rate limits.
  • Misrepresent the Service’s output as verified fact (see disclaimer below).

6. Accuracy disclaimer — important

Reports are generated by AI from publicly available sources. Scores, sentiment trends, competitor comparisons, and summaries are estimates and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional, financial, investment, legal, or purchasing advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. Do not make decisions of material consequence based solely on the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the structure and presentation of reports, is owned by [Legal entity name, e.g. TENTIQ, Inc.] and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports you generate for your own internal or personal purposes.

Third-party content referenced or linked in reports (such as reviews and posts) remains the property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership of it, and your use of such content is subject to the terms of the source platforms.

8. Third-party content & links

Reports may summarize and link to third-party websites and content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement. TENTIQ.AI is not affiliated with the brands it analyzes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [Legal entity name, e.g. TENTIQ, Inc.] AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

12. Termination

13. Governing law
