Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name, e.g. TENTIQ, Inc.] (“TENTIQ.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and consumer-sentiment analysis service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
  • Usage information. The brands and products you search, the analyses you run, your credit balance and transactions, and how you interact with the Service.
  • Technical & device information. Your IP address and a browser fingerprint collected at sign-up. We use these specifically to detect and prevent fraud and abuse (for example, repeated free-credit sign-ups).
  • Cookies. We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session/authentication). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Payment information. If and when you purchase credits, payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • To run the analyses you request and maintain your search history.
  • To process credit purchases and prevent abuse of free credits.
  • To secure the Service, debug issues, and improve features.
  • To communicate with you about your account or material changes to the Service.

4. How the analysis works (sources of content)

The Service generates consumer-sentiment reports by gathering publicly available information from across the web (such as reviews, forum posts, and social media) and synthesizing it using AI. Reports present derived analysis — summaries, scores, and themes — and provide links back to original sources where available. Scores and trends are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. TENTIQ.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand analyzed through the Service.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under contractual confidentiality obligations. These currently include:

  • Hosting & infrastructure (application hosting and serverless compute).
  • Database & authentication (account storage, sign-in, and your history).
  • AI providers (to perform web research and synthesize reports). Your search queries are sent to these providers to fulfill your request.
  • Payment processor (to handle credit purchases, if you make them).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TENTIQ.AI, our users, or the public.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and search history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your rights” below). We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@tentiq.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. International users

We operate in [State/Country, e.g. the State of Delaware, USA]. If you access the Service from outside that region, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated to you directly.
